The white gems protrude through the black satin sky.
A solemn song of silence gracefully blankets
the miles and miles of emptiness.
It's interrupted by their whispers
and the crickets
that prace across the blackness.
Shadowed green and beige swords
prod at the backs of their necks
like the tips of tiny toothpicks
and the chill of the air bounds them to one another.
Their hearts battle
but they don't dare move.
I would take you to the moon if i could,
just you and me.

I love you.
And suddenly they are merely meaningless specks
on their fragment of forever.
For creative writing. its my first draft so it'll get better.
